An experienced staff in the credit / financial education; mortgage loan processing and underwriting fields since 1992.

Provided credit and financial education workshops and one-on-one counseling sessions to over 3,600 participants.

Reduced the combined debt load of 243 clients by over $117,000 in a two-year period (2005 - 2007).

Increased home purchase in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area by over 1.9 million dollars between 2006 - 2007.

Assisted 50 previous loss mitigation clients to avoid foreclosure.
